This program introduces Bai Bu and Ko Bu major stepping in Ba Gua. Other combat oriented methods are also shown. Three practice methods are introduced: Single continuous practice, Zhi Tong continuous Practice & Circle continuous practice. The toe-out step and toe-in step are the main footwork in Ba Gua, and are integrated with other steps in the training and actual combat. The footwork, together with stake exercises and walking on circle supplement and complement each other. As taught by Zhang Quanliang, the 13th generation successor of the Liang-style Ba Gua Zhang, they are footwork, leg techniques and attack or defense skills all in one.
